In July 2022 Gloucester Rugby player and family friend Ed Slater announced his diagnosis with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). The 4Ed campaign has been created to raise awareness and funds in support of Ed and his family’s battle with the disease.

Now, I'm no Kevin Sinfeld (a true hero for all he has achieved raising awareness and funds to find a cure for MND ) but on 11th Feb 2023 I will be running the Riyadh Half Marathon to raise funds for the 4Ed campaign.
