Story
This year our team of parents and teachers from Richard Taylor School will be taking part in the Knaresborough Bed Race to raise funds towards the school's new 'Wildlife Garden'. The garden will be a great addition to the school allowing the children to learn, create and 'just be' in nature. Being in nature is such an important part of life - it's proven to build confidence, improves creativity and imagination and significantly reduces stress and fatigue. The garden will include an area for the children to plant their own vegetables, a fairyland corner, a crafting area, wildlife friendly plants and an area for outdoor lessons. We'd greatly appreciate any contributions towards our funding for the garden, no matter how small!
Many thanks
Richard Taylor School (Friends)
