Story
The Arnold Strongman Classic competition has been running for a number of years and this is the first year (2017) that disabled competitors from around the world have been invited to participate. Rick Long came 2nd in the disabled strongman world championship in August 2016 and this is an amazing opportunity for Rick to show the world what can be done and to promote the disabled strongman sport, which is rapidly growing.

Hi all - thank you soooooo much for all your kind generosity - I really can't believe it. As there are still more donations/fundraising to come in, anything that will be left over will now be donated to Wheelpower - this is an amazing charity that supports disabled children and adults to get into sport. Anyway just a month to go and training is going well. Flights are now booked (special thanks to Andy M)! It is really happening. Thanks again everyone.
