I've raised £1000 to Help Plym Neuro Rehab Unit based at Mount Gould Hospital in Plymouth,UK. This is a way to say thank-you for the care they gave my father.

In August of 2018 my Dad suffered a near-fatal brain haemorrhage, which resulted in a 62 day stay in hospital. Thankfully he’s on the mend now, but only after some fantastic care by the people at the Plym Neurological Rehabilitation Unit at Mount Gould Hospital.
This has inspired me to take on a challenge this year and raise some funds for the unit. These funds will go towards extra equipment to aid the rehab process for future patients.
I am planning to cycle the ‘Coast-to-Coast’ challenge across Devon. This is a 91 miles route from Ilfracombe to Plymouth. Well, that’s not enough of a challenge in my mind, so; I’m doing it twice – Plymouth – Ilfracombe – Plymouth, all in one day. My wife Donna and a team of friends will be supporting me and completing one leg (91miles) of the challenge.
To support this ride I have set up a blog, this can be found here: https://manonapushbike.wordpress.com/
Please stop by and have a look, it may inspire you to get involved?
If you do not fancy the challenge, please donate to such a worthy cause.
Many thanks.
