    CHARITY RIDE TO THE BRIDE

Thank you for taking the time to visit our crowdfunding page of the WoolaGROOMS; a team of 9 cyclists embarking on an ‘alternative stag do’ to raise money for Dementia, Breast Cancer and MIND charities

    The Team

Comprises of Andy The Groom, Richard The Best Man, Stephen, Steve, Reece, Alex, Kieran The Groomsmen and Adrian The Father of The Groom and Gary a close family friend - all with a wide mix of abilities from novice to experienced and aged between 18 to 74

We will be leaving from Ashford, Kent on Sunday 5th May 2019, and over 4 days will be cycling approximately 320 miles to Andy’s wedding venue in Woolacombe, North Devon, arriving on Wednesday 8th May, 3 days before the BIG DAY on Saturday 11th May.

    The Why

We all wanted to do something a bit different rather than have a stag do and as Andy is an avid cyclist, having previously completed London to Paris and the London to Brighton rides, this seemed the perfect fit.

Forget booking a wedding car ......Let's Cycle to the Wedding!!!

As a team we all have loved ones that have either been affected by Dementia, Breast Cancer or mental health issues. Sadly Andy’s step father and great aunt passed away last Christmas as a result of Dementia and the Brides aunt and a close family friend have both diagnosed with Breast Cancer in the last year.

We all just want to do our bit to help support these incredible charities and the great work they do. Please help and support us to get to our target

    THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Fantastic effort! What a great idea - hope you have a wonderful wedding (once the groom has his breath back of course) and look forward to seeing you after your honeymoon.
