Story

“Cancer is not a battle and I am not a Warrior”

To remember our beloved Rima Cherri, the inspiring daughter, sister, friend and colleague, we are setting up this fundraiser in her name to support the causes she dedicated most of her life to.

Many of you have expressed wishes to send flowers and cards to her family. What Rima would have loved the most is that we put this outpouring of support into the causes she cared about the most. We, her friends and family, will use the money raised here to coordinate effective efforts to help families in need, especially refugees and vulnerable children.

Rima started this coordinated effort last year, whilst being under treatment, under the name “U Turn Lives”. We will continue her work and build on it.

But in the meantime, and as we all grieve together, if you would like to send flowers or cards, we ask that you channel your heartwarming efforts into this fundraiser instead. We will keep you updated on our progress. Our promise is that 100% of whats raised will go to help families in need.
