Story

My beautiful brother Kevin McSwiggan lost his battle with his "brain demons" Dec 2020 aged just 40. Not only was Kevin my brother he was my best friend too. I want to keep his memory alive and his slogan "It ok not to be ok" Whilst raising funds for 2 amazing charities.

Kevin was a beautiful, kind, thoughtful human who helped so many people throughout his life and touched the hearts of everyone he met. Unfortunately Kev did not help himself, he suffered from mental health over the last 4 years (many people was not aware of how much he was suffering), he felt there was no other way out - There is!

My family, friends and I have taken part in many fund raising events to date but we have one more to go! 9 of Kevin's best friends (and me!) will be climbing Mount Snowdon on 18 September. We aim to get to the peak within 2hrs and fly the Kite for Edwards Trust And Kaleidoscope.

We are raising money for 2 amazing independent charities (Links Below) - Edwards Trust - A bereavement charity who are inundated with male suicide enquirers & Kaleidoscope Group - A Mental Health Charity who are also inundated with people suffering from depression, psychosis, suicidal thoughts.

Mental Health is rife at present, and getting worse. Please help us raise some funds and raise further awareness about this awful illness and highlight to people suffering, there is help out there and its ok not to be ok
