Did you know that every week in the UK at least 12 young people die of undiagnosed heart conditions?

Since its formation in 1995, Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) has been working to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD). CRY promotes and develops heart screening programmes and funds medical research amongst its other activities.

Risborough Rangers is planning to operate an annual CRY screening programme however the cost of running this is £85 per person (based on 100 screenings). It is therefore our aim to fundraise to ensure that no young person is excluded and hopefully we can reduce the cost for everyone.
