RISE Is an anti bullying programme set up by myself to help young people going through bullying and to give the support they need.

I was bullied through my whole school life and I never got the support I needed and I struggled with mental health and my aim for this project is to give support to young people but to also educate young people on the impacts of bullying and the affects it can have.

Bullying is wrong in so many ways, it is a violation against someone's human rights and no one deserves to go through it alone. People have the choice to sit back and do nothing or they can get up and make a positive change in their school and community.

Everyone has the right to be different and to be unique, RISE aims to educate young people on the effects bullying can have on someone's life and we also aim to encourage young people to be expressive in as many ways as possible.

Everyone is different and everyone is going to have an opinion its all about how you act upon that opinion. People in todays society like to sit back and watch people do things however people need to recognise that there needs to be change and that RISE aims to not just make the difference but be the difference for many young people struggling.

RISE goes into schools and educates and is aiming to put an event together so that we can promote anti bullying in our community.
