Our young people are struggling. They are living in a volatile world, passing through a challenging education system, whilst being subjected to the sometimes negative influence of social media and their devices. The impact of this is affecting a generation;
1 in 4 young people between 11-18 will self-harm
70% of mental health conditions are established by the age of 18
Once at crisis point, a young person could wait an average of 12 months to receive counselling within schools.
We believe that Rise Youth Coaching has a real solution to this challenge and it means so much to us all that we will be climbing 21 miles (up and down) and driving 10 hours within a day to be able to provide even more support.
Our amazing team will be undertaking the 3 peaks in 24 hour challenge on 14th June 2025 to raise funds for the young people within our community.
We are a social enterprise committed to empowering young people to overcome their challenges and envision a brighter future for themselves. We provide quality one-on-one life coaching that offers a safe space for young people to gain self-awareness and build self-belief. This is a pro-active and pre-emptive response that doesn't wait until crisis point before giving the support so desperately needed.
We believe in supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of young people and, as a result, we have also collaborated with local organisations to offer diverse experiences—such as drumming, boxing, parkour, and music tuition—that equip young people with new skills and passions, fostering strong community connections and broadening the impact of positive change.
Time and again we witness the power of coaching positively impacting lives. To us it is the ultimate privilege!
