HELP SUPPORT OUR LOCAL ROWING
HERITAGE!
The River Yealm Regatta has seen the iconic Crabber boats raced in the regatta since 1981 and this year is the first year that they have undergone significant restoration to ensure their continuation for another 40 years.
The River Yealm Regatta Committee is volunteer led and needs to pay for this cost to ensure the Regatta can continue over the coming years. Please help and support this important part of our local heritage!

6 years agoHello! This is the latest news on the Crabber restoration progress - Howard Swift and a group of volunteers have been working tirelessly to get the boats ready for this season. Some of the Crabbers have been launched with the remaining boats being launched in the coming weeks. Now the hard work is paying off the cost of the works.
