Story

Tanzanian Link- William Howard School: Forming in 1987. the Tanzanian Link is a rewarding exchange program with Uru Secondary School in Northern Tanzania and William Howard School in Cumbria which allows the transfer of learning about a new culture, traditions and ideas, offering a unique eye-opening experience to all those who participate in it.
Whilst students from William Howard School travel to Tanzania in July 2018 (paid privately) , the funds raised will contribute in paying costs for a link student from Tanzania to visit the UK. By sponsoring this cause, you will help enable less advantaged students at Uru Secondary School to have the chance of experiencing a new way of life in the UK for a short period of time.
There will be one event that we will be doing to provide sponsors for the Tanzanian Link:
10 MILE WALK AROUND DERWENTWATER
