My long term partner and I got married last year, we have been trying to have a family for some time, it was becoming apparent we would probably need some form of IVF treatment as we are both slightly older and desperately want a to have children.
It has now become suddenly really urgent, I was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer quite recently as a result I am scheduled to have surgery next week after which I will become infertile forever.

We need to raise a considerable amount to fund all this, initially the sperm banking is about a £1000 but the specialised IVF is horrendously expensive so please help if you can.. as the NHS has in their wisdom said we are to old and not rich so we cannot have any treatment without paying..
We had saved some money towards this but we have had to spend it on getting a specialist surgeon who is going to try to save my life & give me at least a reasonable chance at a "normal" life after specialised radical prostate surgery I require.

We realise that money is tight so if you can get all your friends to like this page and give us the equivalent of buying us a coffee and wish us good luck that would be awesome..
