I've raised £500 to donate funds to Holles Street ICU to help give other babies a fighting chance, just like Freddie.

Story

My cousin Eimear gave birth to Freddie prematurley at 26 weeks after undergoing major surgery in St Vincent's Hospital last August. Freddie was then transferred to Holles Street hospital where he was on a ventaliator / life support to help him breath for 15 weeks. As a result of being born 14 weeks early, he developed a disease in which his bowel perforated and he needed further surgery. He has also suffered 3 cardiac arrests, a brain haemorrhage, broken hip and underwent laser eye surgery and heart surgery. It is a miracle he is alive.

Eimear and her partner Eoin are hosting 'A Walk an Hour for Premmie Power" on July 20th where 24 groups will walk in a relay, continously for 24 hours. Any donations are much appreciated.
