Story
I'm racing the IRONMAN 70.3 in Cascais on Sunday 3rd September and decided to raise some money for a very worthwhile local charity, This children's charity in my home town of Alvor does great work for young children (5-12 years old) who are vulnerable to risk, including abandon and family neglect.
