Hello and thank you for visiting my page.

I began my career in caring for vulnerable individuals in 1981, finding it to be an incredibly rewarding vocation. Until recently, I enjoyed good health, but everything changed in September 2025. Out of nowhere, I noticed my skin had turned yellow. By November 2025, after an unsuccessful Whipple operation, I received the devastating news: I have stage 4 incurable pancreatic cancer, with a life expectancy of just three to five months.

Now, I find myself in the role of the patient rather than the carer, but I am determined not to give up. I am currently undergoing palliative chemotherapy and am committed to beating the odds.

As I navigate this challenging journey, I have one final project in mind—my legacy. I am raising funds to purchase a property by the seaside, a place I am calling "Rob's Place." This will serve as a haven for those who are terminally ill, offering respite care or the opportunity for a final holiday with their loved ones.

Due to my end-of-life diagnosis, I am unable to secure traditional financial lending. Therefore, I am turning to crowdfunding to make this dream a reality.
