ALL DONE !! ..Yippee...........
But not content to stay still, I will be continuing my 6 for 60's fitness challenges and help to raise funds throughout this year and next for Andy Hughes & Family following his diagnosis of Stage 4 Brain Tumour to help make memories & London Ambulance Charity.

3 years agoLONDON - CARDIFF Cycle ride....is done !!! It was good fun, not denying a little bit tough but helped by the good staff at SCAS and SWAST Ambulance Service Stations across the country who provided a albeit brief drink and 'facilities' stop,even bumped into an ex-Hanwell student at Almonsbury station in Bristol who I'd worked with several years ago - small world !! Welsh Ambulance staff were on hand to welcome me 'home' before a much needed rest on the train back. Thank you to all who have donated Donations still being accepted.
