What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Story
In July 2017 My team and I will be travelling to South Eastern Africa - Mozambique, Swaziland, Lesotho and South Africa for 4 weeks.
One of those weeks will be consisting of spending a week with a rural community in Lesotho (we will have to travel there on horseback as there are no decent roads for public transport) and we shall be helping to build/renovate a classroom there.
Additionally we will be helping a Marine Conservation Trust by spending a day out at see looking for Whale Sharks - one of the largest kinds of fish in the world.
From this expedition, I hope to truly improve my insight into the developing world and I would also like to experience the culture of a developing country first hand.
