For anyone who has known me over the past 25ish years you will know that when it comes to races and running I am an expert supporter. I can recognize my husband’s running style in amongst a crowd of other Lycra clad folks. I have provided pasta dinners galore before, safety pins for bib numbers, hot baths, snacks and turned my hands red from clapping on at multiple mile markers. However this year from some twist of fate I am the one with a London Marathon place and Chris will be attempting to take on the supporters challenge.

I’m hoping that some of you will support me by donating to a local charity the One Can Trust.

Since 2011, One Can Trust has operated a foodbank based in High Wycombe, serving the town and the wider area of South Buckinghamshire. In more recent times, they have set up a very successful Community Support Team offering advice, a clothes bank, toddler groups and a community café. They also provide much needed funding for a school meals programme for children who are not eligible for free school meals

As well as making a donation if you can, any suggestions for tracks or podcasts that I can listen to whilst making way round would be greatly appreciate. My more tech savvy daughter is going to attempt to make me a playlist.
