Story
For anyone who has fought cancer you will know the the physical and emotional effects you , your family , friends and loved ones have to deal with. The effects of having cancer and the side effects of treatments are debilitating and I truly am amazed of the strength and determination of people in this situation. This is Jackie my beloved partner who passed away in October after a constant battle of near 15 years to try and defeat cancer. Her resilience and determination to carry on with that big smile made me so proud of her. Jackie would have wanted me to do something to help other people fighting cancer. I have set up this just giving page in memory of Jackie and to raise some funds for the fantastic oncology unit at Perth Royal Infirmary. Jackie always thought of others before herself and is now missed so much.

3 years agoWe set out to raise some money for the oncology unit at Perth Royal Infirmary. Like many people Jackie had so many treatments here and she would have done something herself to help other patients having cancer treatments. Jackie thought very highly of the care provided and was very fond of the hard working staff. Throughout Jackies life she touched many people's hearts so , many thanks from the bottom of our hearts for your kind donations. Jackie would be very proud. We hope to get the funds to the oncology unit before Christmas. Peter
