Hello Friends!

The greatest gift that we can receive is your presence at our engagement celebration. However, in the wake of Hurricane Harvey, we ask that if you were considering a gift that it be one which will help those with greater needs than ourselves.

We have set up this page for the convenience of our guests, and all donations, whether we don't meet or whether we exceed our goal, will be sent to the United Way Relief Fund, a local organization on the ground helping in Houston. Of course, if there is another organization that you feel passionate about, please feel free to donate to charity of your choice.

We have also provided the link of the United Way Relief Fund, if you prefer to make the donation directly through their website: United Way Relief Fund. If you prefer to give us a check, we will ensure it is included in our submission to United Way.

Here is a little bit about the organization that we selected: United Way of Greater Houston has launched the United Way Relief Fund to help support the Houston community in the aftermath of Harvey.

"The devastation is great and is growing. Our community will need incredible resources to recover. 100% of your gift to the United Way Relief Fund goes to help our neighbors and our community recover from Hurricane Harvey

United Way’s first priority will be safety, shelter and basic needs, like food. Once the community is stabilized, United Way will focus on long-term recovery efforts.

United Way of Greater Houston maintains a disaster reserve fund, which will be tapped for this storm, however because of the widespread devastation already seen, the needs of those impacted will far exceed existing resources."
