Story

Our team of 8 intrepid hikers from Romero, Club Insure & NDML are taking on this incredible national challenge, taking on the infamous National Three Peaks within 24hours!

The team are raising money for both Prostate Cancer UK and Cancer Research UK, in memory and support of our team members who have been affected by cancer either in person or with those close to us.

The team will be leaving our HQ (Romero House) in Leeds on Thursday 26th June to start the trek at 17:00 that afternoon.

Starting at 17:00, the team are aiming to be back to the vehicles by 22:00, setting off and being drive the 250miles to start Scafell Pike at 04:00 on 27th June. After finishing with a target time of 08:00, the team will once again hit the road for another 190 miles to reach Snowdon, where they'll start at 13:00 and aim to finish 1 hour ahead of the 24 hour target by 16:00!

The team taking part is:

Mark Noble, Richard Nicholson, Lois Curtis, Ash Neal, Dan Pawley, Mackenzie Kilbride, Tony Marsh, Vince Doyo & Ash Turner!

And they will be expertly supported by our support drives, Simon Mabb & Tom Mawson.

This is a mammoth task, and the team have their training well underway, and we hope you'll support their incredible challenge on behalf of these two amazing charities.
