Selina is nineteen a Syrian refugee who lost both her grandparents , mother ,father and little brother at sea. On arrival in Calais it was discovered she was pregnant. Eventually she was given stay by the British Government. With very little support from agencies Selina attempted to start to get bits together for her new baby which was almost impossible with no finances. She was eventually referred to 'Endure Mentoring' by a partner organisation who didn't have the time or resources to assist her. Although Selina didn't meet our criteria we try to support everyone in any way we can.

Selina's story was told on our facebook page and within hours I was receiving messages from people wanting to donate things to help ; nappies , blankets , clothes , prams , Moses baskets . These acts of kindness left us speechless but empowered us massively to create a service which other parents could access if in financial difficulty and struggling to get ready for their new arrivals.

So here is 'Rose Buds' supporting young parents from bud to baby. We are fundraising to be able to cover the yearly cost of a unit space to hold all donations . Parents will be invited down to pick out a starter pack for their little rose buds free of charge.
