Story
At this time of year many young hedgehogs are being rescued because they won’t make it though the winter due to being underweight. This week I have taken two hogs to my local centre, the lightest one being only 329 grams, ideally they should be at least double that weight to make it through winter.
My local centre now has about 25 young hogs in their care, I would love to raise some funds to assist with feeding, heating etc. Last year the British hedgehog was officially classified as vulnerable to extinction. (Taken from an article from the britishhedgehogs.org.uk website)
