I've raised £300 to help fund a bedroom, bathroom & outside access for Jake.

Hello! firstly thank you for visiting my page. My name is Rosie and im helping to raise funds for a beautiful little boy named Jacob. Jake is the adopted son of a fabulous family, Mum Elaine and Dad Bill are amazingly loving, giving people who love Jake dearly and it shows.
Sadly, when Jake was small he had an accident which left him with holes in his brain, Cerebral Palsy to the highest level to all of his limbs (quadriplegic), unable to move or sit up independently. He also has quadreplegic dystonia which means Jake’s limbs are very stiff and hurt lots, he suffer with seizures, has no sight in his right eye and impaired sight in his left, unable to swallow so is tube fed, he was given a tracheostomy over 2 1/2 years ago which is still in situ. Last year Jake had rods inserted in his back to help alleviate his severe scoliosis and his hips are currently dislocated which will mean another sugery in the not too distant future. Due to this he is not meant to be lifted at all, only hoisted but funds for hoists are needed as all adaptions are not covered by the current funding in place.
On June 16th there is a fundraiser for Jacob at the Telscombe Tavern, Telscombe Cliffs and I will be shaving my head! Please donate as much as you are able to help this special boy. Coime along to the fundraiser for a day of fun and fundraising. I hope to see you there. ❤️
