Love and light are a community group who are made up mainly of family members who are affected by alcoholism and addiction.

They provide services to the whole family unit, including the person addicted, the siblings, parents, husbands, wives, children and other family members. They have around 400 members of which around 150 are children and offer weekly cafe, retreats and events with serious and fun ways to compliment each other. All designed to soften the blow of hardships.
