The Rotary annual Christmas appeal would normally be visiting many local areas with Santa's sleigh in order to fundraise and bring joy to the local community. Sadly, due to COVID-19, Santa's elves are not able to knock on your doors this year due to the need for continued social distancing to keep everyone safe, including Santa of course! However, the need for the work of Hucknall Rotary continues all year round and this is one thing that the virus hasn't changed. This year Santa and his elves need to undertake fundraising a little differently. Hucknall Rotary is still collecting funds to enable us to support the needs of our local communities, and this year, the need is greater than ever.

We will be visiting local schools and streets of Hucknall, but unfortunately we won't be able to distribute sweets nor collect money with our tins like previous years. Every penny counts .
