My name is Roy pepper.i have had my personal independant payments stopped since the 4th of August.i am partually sighted.i use a white cane to get about with.i also suffer with mental health problems.i am trying to raise £100 for basic living expenses llike food,gas and electric.i have appealed against the PIP decision.it is going through the High Court at Norwich.Pleae can you help
