As you all know lyla has just had her 10th brain surgery and was looked after again by the wonderful NHS staff on ward 1B at Newcastle RVI.

Lyla’s stayed on this ward a good few times now and we’ve always wanted to do something for them.

This ward’s a specialist ward and the kids who stay here can spend months recovering so it’s important they have lots of things to keep them entertained. The ward needs a big up lift in new toys, games and crafts, could also do with a few gaming tables.

Most of the equipment they have are all warn and parts missing.

So on the 29th of June myself and British champion, the IBF European champion and future world champion professional Boxer Tommy ward will be running 20 miles from lylas house in Durham to ward 1B in Newcastle Hospital.
