Story

On Monday 6th April 2020, two cardio haters made a pledge - To run further than they ever thought possible, in support of those who are going the extra-mile for the Nation during this pandemic.

The plan is simple, progress from amateur gym-goers to Ultramarathon runners in the space of 12 weeks. If the lockdown is lifted, we'll run a 50 Km route from Hinchingbrooke (Huntingdon) Hospital to CUH Trust (Addenbrooke's) Hospital on the 27th June 2020. If it's not... then we'll be ready.

How it will work - YOU donate and nominate a front line NHS worker who is deserving of £500 to spend on a relaxing retreat. WE run the distance and pick one lucky winner for every £500 we raise.

We all have friends and family who work for our beloved NHS, let's show them we care!

Rhuben and Joel :-)

*Nominations - Please send nominations and proof of your donation (however small) to run.for.retreat@gmail.com

*Eligibility - Those nominated will have to show proof of occupation should they receive any donation amount.
