Each year, the team at NEPO (North East Procurement Organisation) raise funds for a chosen charity.

Our charity for 2017 is MHNE (Mental Health North East), a charity that works to improve and protect mental health services in the region.

Within the team we host events such as bake days, dress down days, run a tuck shop and host quizes to raise money for our charity. We are also look for sponsorship for other events we're undertaking.

On Sunday 10th September 2017, I'll be running the Great North Run. Thanks to Couchto5k (and a lot of commitment!) I've gone from barely being able to run 1 minute in January to being ready to take on my first half marathon!

With MHNE being such a small, local charity every pound you can donate really does make a real difference.
