Runamuck for CRS
On the 4th March I, along with a few friends and family, will be taking part in the 11 kilometre (nearly 7 Mile) "Runamuck Challenge" in aid of the Community Rescue Service. Those taking up the challenge, include active volunteers from CRS and their families.
If you would like to donate - firstly, THANK YOU! - you can do so on this page, or by contacting me directly on

Our chosen charity, the Community Rescue Service (CRS) is one I am fortunate to be a part off, being involved in Search Support as a Search and Rescue Technician (SARTech) aiding in the assistance and recovery of high-risk, vulnerable, and/or missing members of our communities.
We bring people home!
The volunteer-led CRS, is a charity that provides Search & Rescue services throughout Northern Ireland, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!
Again, if you would like to donate, I can't thank you enough for deciding to do so, as your donation will go towards the crucial services CRS provide on a daily basis from Land and Water Search & Rescue, Lagan Safety Patrols, Suicide Prevention, and community safety at many events throughout Northern Ireland.
