I've raised £1000 to provide supplies and ongoing support to the Ronald McDonald House in Bristol.

I'm running (I use the term loosely) the Cardiff Half Marathon on 1st October in honour of an exceptional little boy, Percy Angelo Blue. This is a real personal challenge, as I'm more gin fit, than gym fit. Regardless, my aim is raise both money and awareness for this fantastic charity:

My inspiration:
Percy was born in May 2016; a resilient, cheeky, loveable baby who brought happiness, not only to his parents and siblings, but to everyone lucky enough to meet him. Whilst Percy was unwell and staying at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, his family were able to stay nearby at the Ronald McDonald House. This provided them with free accommodation so that they could be by Percy's side when he needed them most. The support of the experienced and compassionate staff provided great reassurance to Percy's parents and allowed them to remain admirably strong for their beautiful little boy.
I am raising money in Percy's honour, as although he is no longer with us, his spirit lives on in so many ways. I am so privileged to have witnessed such strength from his family, that I feel compelled to raise money for this worthwhile cause, in memory of precious Little P.
Your money will go some way in helping those facing unimaginable heartache, in reminding them that someone is always there.
Thank you so much for your support!
