Story
This year, Catarina and I will be taking on the streets of Paris to run our first Marathon! And Diogo, Nuno and Ricardo will be running their first international marathon! It will be a great challenge for all of us and we have decided to take this opportunity to help a much bigger cause - the crisis in Syria.
The civil war in Syria has been destroying innocent lives for 7 years. One in three Syrian children have grown up knowing only war, loss and pain.
All the funds we collect will be donated to Unicef to be used directly to provide life-saving support for refugee families inside Syria and in surrounding countries including Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Turkey and Egypt.

6 years agoWe decided it would be a good idea to host a dinner at our home to raise money and awareness for the children of war-torn Syria. So today was the day of our first #CookForSyria event - it was a great opportunity for us to cook Syrian-inspired dishes, share them with amazing people and raise money for such an important cause. In total, we've fundraised £185!! I have no words to describe how touched I am to see everyone supporting this cause. Thank you May, Anna, Kyriacos, Patrick, Antonio and Gibbs! Thank you so much!!
