I have taken on this personal challenge of training and running my first 5k. I am doing this to raise awareness and funds for Second Chance Head and Neck Cancer Group. A small charity which aims to help and support people with Head and Neck Cancer who are living in Surrey, West Sussex, East Hampshire and South Middlesex areas. The charity is organised by people who have experienced or are associated with this particular cancer type.

I will be running the Fleet 5K on Sunday 20th October 2019. Please help and support me and my cause.
