On the 2nd of September Kayleigh will be taking part in the Saints Way Ricochet. This is a running event held by the local running event, Purple Gecko. Kayleigh will be cover 57 miles of the county from Fowey to Pastow and back again!

Not only will this be one of Kayleigh's biggest challenges yet, she would like to use the opportunity to support a local CIC, Pegasus- Mens Wellbeing Centre and build awareness of why it is helpful to support them.

Pegasus provide free and low cost counselling to men in Cornwall.

We all have a man in our world, it could be a son, a partner, a father or friend. Unfortunately, mental health can affect anyone of these people. It is not a nice subject but the reality is, the suicide rate is 3 times higher in men. Intervention can often help with this and why it is important, Places like Pegasus can continue to provide the support they do.

So, whether it be a penny or a pound, or just making people aware of Pegasus-Mens Wellbeing Centre, I would be grateful of your support in making people aware.
