I've raised £1500 to improve the mental health of young people.

At 12:00 BST on 4th September, we are embarking on a 29hr 51 minute decentralised relay race as part of TSP:DIY . The goal is to run as far as we can in the time, passing the baton between the 11 of us (Ally, Andy, Ben, Frances, George, Graham, Gearóid, James, Nico, Sarah-Anne and Will).
Runners will be doing 45 min shifts, handing over the virtual baton to the next team mate throughout the day and night (and following day!).
We would love your support as we set our alarms and get up in the middle of the night to hit the streets.
We are raising money for the excellent Be Well Collective.
From small beginnings and good intentions, the Be Well Collective launched in 2018 to provide mental health and nutritional support to young people. They have provided face to face support to over 600 young individuals and over 10,000 individuals through online initiatives, however, there are many more young people in need.
By donating to this cause, your money can benefit young people through the Be Well's diverse array of initiatives and in some cases provide life saving services to those in need.

Run Yrself Clean was formed in the first COVID-19 lockdown as a way for a group of friends (mostly new runners) to stave off the isolation, and work out how to improve their running.
Weekly 45 minute playlists (a homage to LCD Soundsystem's excellent 45:33 record) meant everyone listened to the same tunes as they ran, wherever they were, from London to LA. A social distance running club.
