When I was 9 I came to the UK as a refugee, I found it very hard to integrate within the British society without the right help, support and advice. I adapted well and wish my parents had the same help we offer now! To give back to the community, I was thrilled to be accepted as the Project Officer for the Ealing Women's Loneliness Project through the Afghanistan and Asian Central Association with the aim of supporting women showing a willingness to learn, prosper and become a better version of themselves.

As part of the project, I hold classes every Tuesdays at the Greenford Community Centre for 2 hours offering a friendly, relaxed and welcoming environment where women can learn English, make new friends, share their stories and feel confident enough to stand up for themselves and become financially independent by uncovering flourishing opportunities.

With your kind donations, I will be able to:

1) Organise a trip to the British Museum, this will enable women to gain knowledge about British history, arts and culture. (Includes free travel & lunch for the students)

2) Organise a picnic in Richmond Park for women to explore nature and socialise with one another outside the classroom. (Includes free travel & lunch for the students)

3) Organise useful, life changing workshop classes on various important topics

3) Arranging material/resources for the running of the classes.

To celebrate this achievement, and If i meet the target, I will Skydive!
