🟢🟩APPEAL FOR HELP🟩🟢

We recently shared a post from Jon, who's flat was entered by a stranger in Oakham. We spoke to the Police and they have closed the case after the initial visit.

Unfortunately Jon still doesn't feel safe in his own home and due to him being partially sighted and needing a guide dog which means this event must have been particularly scary. I believe a lot of the community in his area know Jon and look out for it him. This was obvious after his post on a local Facebook group.

This is an appeal for our great community of Rutland to help Jon with purchasing a Ring Doorbell Camera.

If anyone feels they can help out with this bit of charity we will be very grateful. We feel it's more important to prevent crime than tackle it after.
