Today is a sad day the Garforth Junior Football League has lost another of its long standing servants and grassroots football has lost another passionate member of its team.

Imran would do anything for anyone he would always go the extra mile he was that kind of person. He was cheerful, passionate and always brought a smile to people's faces.

Most recently he was at a game with Methley United and there was an incident where a player had to be taken to hospital and the ambulance was going to take too long so he took him and family members in his taxi to get him to hospital as quick as possible, this is Imran a person who always went further always helped others. Along the way he helped so many and supported countless people in the world of grassroots.

He loved his football he loved Hunslet Club and most importantly he loved his family, Nadine, Reece and Farrah they were his world. Our thoughts are with all of a Imran's family.

We will make sure you're never forgotten and always remembered.
