Story

This year I'm competing in IRONMAN Wales which is a 2.4 mile open water swim, then a 112 mile cycle around the hills of Pembrokeshire and followed up by running 26.2 miles around the streets of Tenby, as part of the intense training needed for this I'll be organising and doing a 12 hour 'spinathon' in the entrance of Tesco Carmarthen. The focus of these events is to raise as much money as possible for 2 local causes! The Princess Gate trust and Noah's Ark children's Hospital Cardiff.

So, the spin is ✅ done! £1401.72 raised in Store!

Now on to Ironman Wales, sept 10th 7am

Possibly one of europe's toughest single day athletic events! Widely regarded as one of the toughest ironman courses in the world!

I will be swimming 🏊 2.4 miles

🚴 riding 112 miles and

Running 🏃 26.2 miles around Tenby/Pembrokeshire with the aim of doing it in under 13 hours!

All funds will now go to Noahs Ark children's hospital Cardiff, for the treatment and care of local 10 year old girl Mia Lloyd who is undergoing chemotherapy at the hospital!

The Hospital is currently treating local 10 year old girl, Mia Lloyd with a rare bone cancer called oestosarcoma. Mia is the daughter of my own daughters primary school teacher, who has had to stop working to be with her daughter who now spends her time in the hospital in Cardiff away from her home!

Please help me to help them by donating anything you can, a penny, a pound, it all helps!
I'm sure the suffering I will go through on the day will be nothing in comparison to the daily pain that the families of the people that these 2 charities help will go through .
