On Saturday 23rd September I will be taking part in a 30km sponsored walk in Derbyshire to help raise funds for Reach Christian Counselling Services, a South Liverpool based agency which provides affordable and accessible counselling to local people regardless of their background.

At the lowest and saddest times in my own life I have found help and support at Reach and so am keen to give something back to enable others to continue to find help at times of need.
