On April 14th, 2023, I lost my dad suddenly to a stroke. The Rutland First Responders were the first people at his house, a group of retired healthcare workers relying solely on donations for equipment.

In August this year, my close friend Tom Campbell and I (pictured with my Dad) are running coast to coast across England in 6 days to raise money for the First Responders as a thank you for their service.

This charity event is very close to my heart, and any amount would be welcome. We'll update with run details closer to the time – lots of training ahead!
