I've raised £1000 to For Shipping Costs to get donated computers to two new schools in Kigali Rwanda for street children. I will be installing these computers.

I have been given the opportunity to go to Rwanda to help install IT equipment into 2 new schools in Kigali for street children set up through the charity Rwanda Legacy of Hope.
Rwanda Legacy of Hope website
The equipment has been donated by Plymouth College of Art and Design, however the shipping costs need to be raised. I am looking for support to enable this to happen.
The shipping costs are around £5000 however I have already received a generous donation of £2000, hence the total here is £3,500. The extra over the amount we need is a contingency for unforseen costs. Any unused money will be donated to Rwanda Legacy of Hope.
How can you help? Well you could help in a number of ways.
Firstly are you willing to donate an amount to the overall target? If so please use this just giving page.
Secondly perhaps you would like to be connected to the project. What about twinning your PC with one of the PCs we are sending?
£50 to twin a base unit, £25 to twin a display or a printer. You will receive a photo and description of the location of your twinned computer. If so contact us at here
Thirdly You may know of an organisation, company, charity or church who might be interested in supporting this project. If you do, please send me an email on kev.in.revivaltown@gmail.com or ask them to donate via this page.
I am up against the clock with it, as we are looking to have the items there by the 12th March. We need 5 days for the boxes to be shipped to the airport and on a flight to Kigali - so we need the funds in place by the end of February.
Many thanks for your support.
