Hi everyone, L.A.D.S is a mens mental health discusion group based at The Academy 11-13 Tower Hamlets Rd, Dover CT17 0BJ, Kent. We hold meetings every Monday night at 9pm. We are open to the public and people do not have to book a slot at any of our meetings, we follow a total ‘open door’ policy. The meetings are free of charge.

We are going to do a 30 mile bike ride on 31st of October to raise money so we can all do something together as a group. We want to be able to offer our lads something different so we are not just a disccusion group every week. The lads have come so far and are doing really well, which has made us very proud. We at L.A.D.S are trying to normalise mental health and help other people suffering. Every day the lads battle their demons which is why I feel supporting something like this would be amazing in order to give them something back, and let them do something fun and provide them with an opportunity to forget their problems for the day.
