I am going to Zimbabwe this Summer (2024) and will be visiting the Bunina primary school. They are in need of a supply of freshwater so a water borehole is required. They also need fencing and security for this. A new classroom block will need to be built. We are also hoping to fundraise some money for DART, an anti-poaching organisation (DART - Anti-Poaching).

I will be fundraising myself in three main ways:

1. Completing a Grade 1-a-thon where I will be learning a completely new instrument and be taught by one of our 6th Form musicians. It turns out I have been allocated the trombone...exam is in March so lots of work to be done! Videos to be uploaded upon lessons...

2. I will be teaching another member of staff the piano, so that he can complete his Grade 1-a-thon by March as well.

3. I will be running a 10k in January, which as many of you will know is not exactly my strength being a hockey goalkeeper that just stands around.
