I've raised £1000 to help raise money & awareness for POTS UK and Dementia UK

On 15th October I am running the Amsterdam Marathon for Dementia UK and POTS UK ( [Postural] Tachycardia Syndrome) - two causes very close to my heart.
Amsterdam was supposed to be my first marathon attempt, but I accidentally ran one a few weeks ago (as you do) and now have 2 more planned before Amsterdam, with an ultra marathon (30 miles) a fortnight after.
Not just because I am completely bonkers and I don't like having toenails; but to raise awareness about POTS (a frustrating, debilitating condition with a huge variety of symptoms) and give hope to POTS sufferers, and to raise some much needed funds for two wonderful charities.
Those that know me well know how much I actually hate running. I just like cheese. Very, very much. And all the lovely people I run with and have met through running.
And, importantly, running keeps lots of POTS symptoms at bay, or under control.
I know that everybody seems to be asking for money for something or other these days, but I should be overwhelmingly grateful for any donations/sponsorship you can spare to help.
And your generosity will of course help to spur me on when it gets a bit tough, and I remember why cars were invented and humans don't have hooves, and wonder what the hell I am doing at all.
Thank you all 😘
Thank you lovely people 💕💕💕
