Sunrise to Sunset Walk

We did it! Wilson and I successfully completed our Sunrise to Sunset Walk in aid of Hampshire Search & Rescue Dogs and Pensions4Paws on 22 January.

The weather was kind - thankfully - there were no mishaps, and this morning we're both feeling pretty good. Wilson is very tired though!

We are bowled over by the amount we've raised all thanks to people's generosity. Every single £ helps, and the admin fees taken by JustGiving (5% of the total raised plus a small percentage of every card donation) will be replaced by me. At the time of writing, having raised £1,500, that totals £96.75 (eeeeeeeeeek!). However, it means every single penny given to us in sponsorship will go to the two charities.

This was us finishing the walk after 8 hours 47 minutes. Some of the search dog team turned out to welcome us back, and as you can see Wilson was very pleased to see them and rushed towards them to say hello!
