The Gallows Close Community Centre is based in an area of Scarborough that is characterised by low paid/seasonal income, child poverty, low educational attainment, poor health and chronic underemployment and unemployment. Despite all the local challenges we face, our centre has grown in popularity as a place run from the heart by local people wanting to bring their community together. Moneys raised will help pay for much needed resources from anything from craft packs for children to meals for locals.
