Hello generous friends and family 😀

On the 8th of June we will be running (or attempting!) the 5km Colour Run at Kempton Park - https://www.colorobstaclerush.co.uk - to raise donations for Saavan’s Trust. Saavan's Trust are a newly formed charity and are soon to be building a school in a small village within the Assam region of India. We’d love your help to get the project off to a flying start!

Currently there is only a small pre-primary school in Barmurikona and the older children must walk over 5km to reach their nearest primary school, which involves crossing a national highway and a river. As you can imagine, these conditions can be hazardous and during monsoon season consistent flooding means they are unable to walk there at all. The new school will have capacity for 850 students from Barmurikona and the surrounding villages, giving local children the education they deserve.

Any donations big or small will be hugely appreciated! Saavan's Trust is a charity extremely close to our hearts and we’d be forever grateful if you could help us reach our fundraising target.

And of course, if anyone would like to come along with their pom poms on the day and cheer us on that would be amazing too!
